Description
The Mud Gate Valve, with superior design features precision workmanship and a proven principle are engineered to meet the harsh drilling requirements in today’s oilfield.
The Valve standard trim includes 316SS Gates 316SS Stems and Buna N seats, optional trims are available which include Ni Plated Carbon Steel, Monel and Aluminum Bronze gates. Seats are offered in Viton and Hypalon and optional 303SS Stem is available.
All the Valves conform to API flange dimensions in all pressure class ratings. The valves have rising stems that are driven by a double threaded hub for quick opening and closing with minimum turning effort. The permanently lubricated stems and stem screws are fully sealed assembly consisting of homogenous and fabric backed rings for high and low pressure sealing.
Features
The design conforms to the API Spec 6 a standard and API Q1.
1.Sealing for Body and cover is metal to metal seal, improve the sealing performance.
2.Stem and cover designed with backseat sealing structure is easy to take pressure change
valve stem packing.
3.The body is made of high quality alloy steel forgings, no perforation design, safe and reliable.
4.Sealing surface spray weld hard alloy, with corrosion resistance, resistance to erosion and wear resistance performance.
5.Body pad ring groove can according to user requirements overlaying austenitic stainless steel,improve the corrosion resistant ability; To enhance its service life.
6.Use spring preload load in the disc and seat, completely realize two-way seal.
Set to open and close just device, shows that the valve open and close condition, operating torque low.
